        Name of Class           PRE-SCHOOL       AGE  : 3 YRS AND NOT MORE  THAN 4 YRS AS ON 31.3.2009

        A)    ADMISSION PROCESS:

                 a)    Issue of Registration forms                                        :   From November 1,  2008 to November 10, 2008

                  b)    Registration                                                                  :   November 1, 2008 to November 11,  2008

                 c)     List of supporting documents on admission:

                                  (Attested copies of the following to be submitted)

                                                                                 -  Proof of date of birth

                                                                                 -  Proof of residential address

                                                                                 -  Proof of parents’ highest qualifications/Professional

                                                                                 -  One photograph each of student and parents

                                                         -  Photocopy of EWS certificate, if any.

                 d)  Schedule of Registration

                                - Issue of Registration Form    :   From November 1, 2008 to November 10, 2008

                                                                          Timing : 8:30 to 2:00 pm                      

                             - Last date of receipt of registration form:   November 11, 2008 till 4:00 p.m.

Display first list of selected children        :    November  15, 2008

- Last Date to deposit the Fee                 :  November 22, 2008 till 2:00 pm 

                - Display of  Second list (if any)                :   November 22, 2008 till 4:00 pm

        School will simultaneously display all the above on the Website and Notice Board on the    

         same dates as mentioned above.
